Red Pepper

The Back Story



·      3 cups chickpea puree

·      2 tablespoons olive oil

·      1 tablespoon fresh garlic

·      1 cup roasted red bell peppers

·      1 teaspoon black pepper

·      1 teaspoon salt

·      ½ tablespoon parsley




-Mix together chickpea puree and olive oil

-Stir in garlic and bell peppers

-Season with salt and pepper

-Top with parsley and serve with a sliced baguette
