·      30 shrimp

·      ½ green pepper, cut in strips

·      ½ red pepper, cut in strips

·      ½ medium onion, cut in strips

·      1/8 cup accent

·      2 cups water

Flour Ingredients

·      1 cup flour

·      1 ½ cups water


-      Place water, seasoning, and shrimp in a pot and bring to a boil

-      Add flour mixture (not too thick, not too thin)

-      Add peppers and onions

I think cooking with Chef Jeff is a good cooking show. I like the healthy substitutions. I look forward to this show daily. I also enjoyed the segment on the Sisters Restaurant from Savannah, GA. Now I am trying to get the Cabbage recipe with olive oil.

what store in memphis can i find sister's seasoning/s for the oxtail stew,the cabbage saute. love your show im a true fan i watch everyday.
