Cornmeal Crusted Shrimp

The Back Story


·      8 shrimp, cleaned and deveined

·      ½ cup coarsely ground cornmeal

·      1 tsp Cajun seasoning

·      3 tbsp olive oil



-Toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, and 1 tbs olive oil

-Place 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet under medium heat

-Coat the shrimp with cornmeal and toss into the hot skillet

-Cook the shrimp for about 5-7 minutes and serve
