Amaretto Shrimp

The Back Story

4 Butterfly Shrimp 36/40ct fried

1 tbl Butter w/ pinch of Creole seasoning

2 tbl Worcestershire Sauce

¼ tsp Chopped Garlic

¼ tsp cut Green Onions

‘Splash’ Lemon Juice

¼ cup Sliced Toasted Almonds

¼ Amoretto Liquor


What to Do:

In a sauce pan, add butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic seasoning, green onions, and lemon juice.  Sautee until sauce is simmering; add fried shrimp and almonds.  Remove from heat, and add Amaretto (Amaretto liquor is flammable, please use caution).  Return to heat and toss shrimp in sauce mixture for 1 minute.  Ready to serve in a ramekin dish. (yields 1 serving)
