Watching Speedway episode and had to come on-site to see if this was Live. I was going to head out to support you Chef Jeff. I thought I would have opportunity to try your food in person. I used to live in Louisiana and used to enjoy segments with you. . . May God continue to bless you. . . let me know when you decide to open some restaurants. I'll be glad to manage it. . . Franchises. . .
I just got back from Vacation and I am READY to cook. I tuned into your show today and the Cuban Pesto steak sandwich looked sooooo good. I am definitely going to try it in the next day or two. Then I went through your website and found some fantastic recipes. Looking forward to trying some (maybe all) of them. Soooooo glad I tuned into your show today. Great show, great recipes, great presentations. I am of Cajun heritage, love to cook and love to eat. Maybe one day I will 'suggest' a 'Cajun Dish' for you to cook. Thanks for a great show!
