Chef Jeff travels across the south making some of the best chicken dishes you have ever tasted. He starts off slow cooking a pot of Chicken and Sausage Gumbo and then hits the fryer making Crystal Brined Fried Chicken that’s both spicy and delicious.

Chef Jeff goes cross-country with some fun and easy tips on making amazing sweet treats. He travels to North Carolina to make a fluffy Funnel Cake and then it’s off to Louisiana where he crafts a stunning Pineapple Upside-Down Cake in a friendly bank. 

Grandfather Show

Get ready for Chef Jeff to introduce some family favorite recipes when he heads to the kitchen with three Grandfather’s who are all great cooks. The menu includes delicious Oyster Dressing, Pumpkin Soup and a White Wine Infused Fettucine.

Chef Jeff takes a trip back in time to make burgers and shakes at the ever-popular WayBack Burgers restaurant. When the grill gets hot he’s cooking up Tasty Turkey Burgers, a savory Carolina Burger, a juicy Rodeo Burger and a fresh Pineapple Milkshake.

Chef visits a unique restaurant and wine bar in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. The friendly atmosphere at the Boom Boom rooms makes for a perfect evening sharing great wine and delicious tapas including zesty duck tacos, smoked salmon dip and Mexican braised short ribs

Estuary Cooking

Chef Jeff boats down the bayou to create some Cajun classics using fresh caught seafood from one of the most beautiful locations in southern Louisiana. In these wetlands everything is on the menu from spicy jumbo shrimp to flaky red fish.
